Katelyn Dennis, M.Ed, is a seasoned nonprofit executive and strategic advisor with more than 15 years of leadership experience in early childhood education, organizational development, and mission-driven operations. As the former Executive Director of Great Bay Kids, she oversaw a $7.5M operating budget, led more than 165 staff across multiple sites, expanded programming, strengthened financial health, and championed policy and advocacy efforts at the state level.

Katelyn currently serves as an Advisor with Early Learning NH, where she provides guidance on statewide early childhood initiatives, policy priorities, and sector-wide workforce strategies. Her work supports cross-sector collaboration, family engagement, and systems-level improvements to ensure every child has access to high-quality early learning opportunities.

In addition to her advisory role, Katelyn is the founder of KD Consulting, where she partners with nonprofits to deliver strategic planning, board development, leadership retreats, organizational assessments, and growth-focused coaching. Her leadership philosophy centers on empowering confident teams, building strong community relationships, and aligning mission with long-term sustainability.

Katelyn holds a Master’s degree in Guidance Counseling, a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education, and brings a unique blend of executive management, educational expertise, and compassionate leadership to every role she serves. She is deeply committed to strengthening New Hampshire’s nonprofit landscape and supporting leaders who are shaping the future of children, families, and communities.
